Shipping Policy

The Woodlands proudly ships all domestic and international orders via UPS. Our international customers may also choose to ship via USPS priority*. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. The Woodlands is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods.

We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding. Please note that all items marked sale are final

*International packages shipped using USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs, therefore The Woodlands will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages if USPS is selected.

Domestic:

All domestic orders are shipped free of charge. Including any return shipping.

International:

Shipping prices are calculated based on real-time courrier rates plus handling.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Policy

All regular-price merchandise is valid for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Item(s) must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.

All sale merchandise is final sale unless approved by Woodlands customer service.

Procedure

If you would like to make a return for store credit or exchange, please contact The Woodlands to request a return authorization at service@woodlandsshop.com. Once we have authorized your return, we will send you instructions and our address. To prevent confusion, please do not send unapproved returns. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please send back all non-sale items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached. The Woodlands proudly offers free exchange and return shipping. For info contact service@woodlandsshop.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

All online order are shipped monday-friday You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Can I expedite my order?

If you would like to expedite your order, please email us immediately. If our schedule allows, we will be happy to expedite your order for a fee.

Can I request a custom order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate custom orders at this time, including personalization and embossing.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that changes of address will not show up in the confirmation (but if we say we have processed them, we have, don’t worry), and tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to update.

What do I do if I need to change my order or shipping information?

If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please email us immediately so we can update your order. We may or may not be able to make the change, depending on how quickly you get to us, but we will do our best.

Please note, our system does not show updated shipping information in shipping-confirmation emails. If you have gotten in touch with us and we have confirmed that the change has gone through, don’t worry, the address we have is correct even if the email is wrong.

My tracking number tells me my package has already been delivered – what’s going on?

The USPS re-uses tracking numbers. Within the first 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping confirmation, you may see that your item has already been delivered. Don’t worry, this is just outdated information from the last time that number was used. Your correct information should display after 24 hours. Feel free to contact us if the issue doesn’t resolve after 36 hours or more.

Why was my order cancelled?

This is very unlikely to happen to you, but we do occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. If we do cancel your order, we will contact you with an explanation. We definitely try to prevent this from ever happening.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you on this site without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but you may opt out at any time.
