The Woodlands ships to all countries world-wide via USPS priority with tracking numbers provided at time of shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. The Woodlands is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are being exchanged for another size or similar product, or for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping rates are calculated based on order amount.

$300 and up: $32.00
International (excluding Canada):
$300 and up: $49.00
The Woodlands will gladly except returns for an exchange or store credit of equal value. All items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, with the original tags attached. The Woodlands will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Woodland If all conditions are met, the customer’s account will be credited. If all of the criteria is not met, items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation.
All returns must be approved beforehand. Please contact us to request a return authorization via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer assumes the return shipping to The Woodlands, unless the item is found to be defective.
The same return policy applies. Once the customer receives a Return Authorization, they will be sent a shipping label for returning the merchandise.
