Orders
Upon ordering, a receipt is emailed detailing items purchased and shipping address. If any information is correct, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. The Woodlands does assume responsibility for shipping items to an incorrect address.
Orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient materials or supplies, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason we feel is necessary. If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel your order, The Woodlands will reissue the credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
