Benjamin Miranda owns approximately 1.5 hectares of land in the village of El Cielito, Santa Barbara. The extremely high elevation of his farm (1,575 – 1,650 masl) and volcanic soil in the Montecillos mountain range contribute an incredible sweetness to this coffee. Benjamin’s farm also contains a very small number of IHCAFE90 catimor trees, which while are not generally known for their quality, do nothing to diminish the amazing complexity of this very unique, exclusive lot.
